Nice place for the one that looking for a cafe with city view. Located in the middle city. But the place itself quite extraordinary. Just dont press any other button except basement (original point) and 28 floor (destination) bcs they have the cafe in the top floor of the building. And ofc you need to prepare quite a lot of money to eat here. The price range fron 10k for white rice up to 150k for oxtail soup

Cozy, good atmosphere and friendly service. But the food was not as par of a high class diner. Would come back only to enjoy some snacks and drinks but not for a fancy dinner.
